You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Customer Responsibility
Upon arrival of the ordered parts, the customer is responsible for inspecting them to insure they are the same as the parts being replaced. Globaleuroparts.com is not responsible for damage resulting in an incorrect part installation. Certain parts will become non-returnable if installed.
Our Refund Policy
You may return any item(s) bought from Globaleuroparts.com within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) of return must be shipped back pre-paid. Any item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging in un-damage and unused condition to receive full credit. If in the event that an item(s) is returned and is damaged due to a non-proper installation, it will be rejected for full return credit. The item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not refund shipping costs in this instance. Any item(s) ordered in error by the customer and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. However, any item(s) returned due to an error in our part, will receive a full credit refund. This full credit refund will include a full exchange for the correct item(s) and a refund of shipping costs. All returns must be authorized and accompany a RGN – Return Goods Authorization Number. Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Any shipment that is sent back without an RGA or is sent back collect will be refused. Return Refunds can take from 15-30 days to process.
Warranty Policy
All of our parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of problems with a defective parts issue a warranty claim must be initiated and submitted to the pertinent manufacturer by the customer with assistance from Globaleuroparts.com. The manufacturer may request additional information and possible to have the parts shipped back to the quality control facility for further inspection. The manufacturers have the final say on whether a warranty claim will be denied or upheld. Any escalations and appeals must be handled directly with the manufacturer in the appropriate court of law.
Security – Antifraud
Globaleuroparts.com uses its own 128 bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and code signing certificate by GoDaddy.Com. This assures the highest level of encryption and authentication. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure. A customer purchase can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for as much time as needed for an investigation. Anti-fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
Pricing & Availability
Due to the nature of this business, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Globaleuroparts.com does update the website as often as possible, although older models become more and more obsolete every day.
Shipping and Handling
Globaleuroparts.com offers free shipping/delivery on all orders over $50.00 shipped within the Miami Metro area. All international orders and domestic (outside the Miami Metro area) orders are subject to shipping costs. On shipments to Canada, Globaleuroparts.com is not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes.
Limitations
In no event shall Globaleuroparts.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Globaleuroparts.com Internet site, even if Globaleuroparts.com or a Globaleuroparts.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Globaleuroparts.com web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Globaleuroparts.com does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. DK Engine Parts may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Globaleuroparts.com does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

We do not exchange, rent, sell or in any other way divulge any information about our website visitors and customers to any other sources.
What Information is Collected and how it is used?
Personal information is collected when customer/user creates an account in order to login for orders placed. A customer/user will be asked to create a password of their own and also enter their email address so that they can login. This information is kept strictly confidential and will never be given out, nor will Globaleuroparts.com ever ask for this information from you. Globaleuroparts.com does not have access to your customer password. That information is confidential. If you lost your password we ask you click the “Forgot Password” link and a new temporary password will be issued through email. This email is sent to the original email used when setting up the account.
